CANCELLATION POLICY (Important-Important-Important)
FOR SERVICES OTHER THAN HIGH SCHOOL PROMS, our cancellation policy is as follows:

Up to 10 days prior to the run, you can cancel without penalty.

Within 10 days, there is a non-refundable booking fee of $125.00 that will be charged to your credit card or against funds on deposit, with the balance of those funds promptly returned. (Note: Should we be able to re-book your car to someone else, we will return the booking fee anyway). This refund cannot, of course, be guaranteed.

Within 48 hours of the run, no cancellation is allowed and you will be responsible for all charges connected with the run as originally scheduled (Note: This does not include parking or toll charges).

WITH REGARD TO HIGH SCHOOL PROMS, the only policy changes are as follows:

You can cancel without penalty up to 15 days prior to the scheduled run.

Within 15 days, you are responsible for all charges connected with the run as originally scheduled with the exception of parking or toll charges.

Evenings Out & About
For a birthday, anniversary, batchelor or batchelorette party, the theatre or opera, or simply a night on the town, put that finishing touch to your evening by adding a Lincoln Town car stretch limousine or sedan from Viking Limousine.

Why put up with the hassle of parking your car in a sometimes hard to find and/or dangerous parking space.

Why inconvenience one of your party with being the designated driver.

Why risk ruining your evening by having an accident with your own car or by being stopped by a law enforcement agency for driving under the influence.

Events like this can really spoil what would otherwise have been an outstanding evening for your entire party. Let your Viking Limousine chauffeur take on these responsibilities while you enjoy your evening to the max!!!

Need flowers, candy, dinner reservations or simply have your chauffeur pick up the theatre tickets while your party is at dinner? Let Viking Limousine take care of the details for you. Our Concierge Staff will be glad to assist with special requests without additional service charge.

This is probably one of the most special evenings of your High School experience. Why not let Viking Limousine take the transportation hassle and worry out of the evening, so that you can relax with your date and your friends and simply have a great evening.

Our fleet of vehicles from Town Car sedans to 10 passenger stretch limousines are well maintained and fully insured. Our chauffeurs are trained to deal with every situation and are well informed as to the location of most popular Prom sites. All vehicles provide soft drinks and sparkling cider. The limousines have TVs, AM-FM Cassette stereos w/CD players (Some even have XM Sattelite Radio Systems for your musical enjoyment) and division panel between your group and the chauffeur
(Note: This panel must remain lowered enough to facilitate chauffeur oversight of the limo cabin area as required by State of California law)

We have a strict no-alcohol or other controlled substance policy.
